What is your return, warranty, and guarantee policy?
We have a 30 Day Comfort Guarantee, which allows you to try out the product. If for whatever reason, you do not like your new Swan pillow, it may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
30 Day Comfort Guarantee is for consumers to try the product and make sure it is to their satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of purchase with the product, return it for a refund of the purchase price. Packing and handling fees, shipping fees, processing fees or other costs other than the product purchase price are not eligible for refund. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact customer service for return authorization prior to returning the product. To request a return authorization, consumers can contact customer service by sending an email to ship@aiminc.ca

What are the dimensions?
44” x 25” x 6” The upper portion of the body pillow is wider to fully support your head, neck, and shoulders while the lower portion tapers off to fit comfortably between your thighs, knees, and ankles.

What materials is the SWAN Pillow made from?
The Swan pillow is filled with hypoallergenic, premium polyester-fiber for soft, resilient, medium firm support. It supports your entire body and reduces pressure without feeling bulky like an ordinary body pillow. The outer case is made of Lyocell, which helps regulate heat, keeping you cool and dry all night long. 100% latex free.

Can I wash my body pillow?
Yes! All SWAN pillows come with a custom mesh bag for easy machine washing and storage. Just place the pillow in the bag and toss it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle and then tumble dry on low heat. You can also hang the bag in your closet around a hanger or hook for easy storage.

Are pillowcases available?
Yes! We offer custom-fit, protective pillow cases that help keep your SWAN pillow as fresh as the day it arrives. The pillowcases are also machine washable and made of a soft, cotton polyester blend. We recommend buying two, one to wash and one to use so your pillow always feels fresh & clean.

What sleeping positions are best for body pillows?
Due to the unique shape of the SWAN pillow, it can be used for all sleeping positions. Most users prefer sleeping on their side or stomach with it, but others also love it for their back. The top of the pillow can be moved and adjusted to best support your head and neck, regardless of how you sleep. Side sleepers prefer this pillow because the length allows them to wrap their legs and knees around it for improved spine alignment.

How is this body pillow different?
The SWAN pillow has a unique, patent pending, shape to offer each section of your body optimal support. It can be segmented into seven different zones: head, shoulders, arms, spine, hips, knees, and ankles. The pillow has a tapered design to have a larger head and neck support while keeping the ankle area tapered and streamlined so it slides under covers easily.
